Its a scale model of an Aeronca Sedan 15 AC. As to kit or scratch I,ve no idea.

Pica kitted a1/5th scale Aeronca Sedan several years ago. Specifications :
Wingpan : 84.5"
Wing Area: 1040 in2
Length : 56"

The kit posted there by TLH sure looks about the right size. Can't help much Ricky with colors, They were kind of a failure in the market place and not many built. Also it was the swan song and last model produced by the original Aeronca Co.

I own a full scale maintenance shop.
That is definitely an Aeronca Sedan.
I outfitted one with amphibious floats a couple of years ago.
It was a SWEET flying plane.
If the model flys as well as the real one, you have a winner!
