Default Debonding CA Hinges

I want to recover a plane. The hinges are CA`d in. Will debonder allow me to remove the hinges without cutting them out and after drying (?) will I be able to reinstall the hinges?

No.
You need to cut the old hinges and make slots for new ones; beside the old ones.
