pushrod horns

Default pushrod horns

guys
im putting a pull-pull set into my GP CAP 40, i have to fit an idler arm for the pull-pull to operate on and link the short pushrod to the elevator and rudder. what material should i make the idler arm from? thin ply or ....

I don't understand why you need an idler arm, but I would use a belcrank from a Control line plane like these:

control line horns appear to operate the pushrod at right angles to the pull-pull wires, i need to have the pushrod in the same direction as the pull-pull.
i could simply add another hole to the control line horn to do the job. QED.
