Need Help With Engine Choice

Can anyone tell me if my OS 160 FX is going to fly my 12 Telemaster. I am not looking to knife Edge around the field but to be able to do some nice scale flying.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an 8Ft senior Telemaster, & it will take off & fly at less than half throttle, with a 60, so a 160FX will fly your 12Ft at just above idle, well maybe not, but it should have way more power than you need.
I have a 160FX, & I use 16 to 17x10 APC's on my aerobatic planes, you would do well with about a 20x6, remember that the 160FX is flat out at 9,000 to 10,000 RPM, so prop it accordingly.

A .60 in an 8 foot telemaster equates to (12/8)^2*.6 =1.35. Actually the compareson should be the weight or displacement of the two planes but this should be close. If you know the finished weight of both then take the larger planes weight divided by the smaller and mulitply that by .6 to find an equivilent size for the larger plane.
Using Hobby Lobby's weight then 23 lbs/10.5 lbs *.6 = 1.31 So the 1.6 should give the 12 foot plane better performance than the .60 on the eight foot plane.

You qouted your experiance, I never had either, but I showed how the engine size can be calculated based on weight. you can do the same if you scale down a full scale plane.
