Default Changing Engine Bearings

[sm=drowning.gif]What oven temperature setting do I use to heat up a engine to change out the bearings? Also for how long do I bake it for? Actually the whole process would be appreciated.[sm=drowning.gif][sm=drowning.gif]

Also I dont remember if either site mentions it but there's no need to freeze the bearings before installation, just heat the case and they should drop right in.

I heat the case and freeze the crank. Leave the bearings at room temp.

Pull the frozen crank out of the zip loc baggie and drop it in the bearings.

Now take the room temp bearing/crank assembly and slip it in the hot case. Drops right in.
