Default Stipped out bolt

Does anyone have a good idea how to remove a stripped out bolt? It is in the spinner bolt. Do you think that I can drill it out?

If you can get to it with a dremel use a cutting wheel and give it a straight slot.

I thought about that but it is in the front of the spinner, nothing to get to, the bolt is flush with the spinner.

sears has the screw out that is suppose to remove screws with bad heads. other choice is to cut up the spinner to get to the bolt if you have to.

Use a 5/32 drill bit through the center of the allen head. When you get through the head the head should come off and you will be able to remove the cone and use vise grips in the threads to remove the screw from the nut. This should save the spinner. All you will need is a new bolt. This is assuming the bolt is a #10 machine screw.
