Default gp at6 texan arf v/s ys 91 ac

Hi I have a great planes at6 Texan arf . it says on the box 80 4 stroke on the large side. I like power on my planes. Does anyone think that this is a big over kill for this plane? I last week foolishly installed a ys 91ac on my sig senior just for the curiosity that killed the cat . flewso fast and a=ailerons fluttered so bad inverted turn that I rolled it over and smacked the ground. ouch! this time curiosity's killed the Senior. Any input would be appreciated. thanks Tim

Tim I have a KMP texan which is the same specs as the gp only mine is fiberglass. Little heaver I think. I have a saito 50 in mine and it is very fast at full throttle but it is still controllable. I don't think I would go over max recommended engine. from my experience I for see nothing but problems and headaches. good luck
