I am having problems with the way the 2 wing halves go together with the RV-4, when I install the wing joiner the top of the wings join nice and tight and when you flip the wing over the bottom has a nice gap down the joint line. Now the joiner snaps into place between top and bottom spars so everything looks good till you look at bottom. Has anybody else encountered this or?

Sorry for the delayed reaction to your post....I thought the two wing panels fit together really well because the 'spar' was pre-cut to the correct angle. In fact I was impressed with that method, sorry to hear yours didn't work out well.

If you have a large gap, fill it and then glass the center section.
