does any one know how to assemble the World Models carbon pushrod set?

In the bag are two hollow tube pushrods, two very tiny diameter 2 inch rods, 4 clevis, 4 4/40 threaded studs, and various nuts and bolts for the clevis attachment to the control horns.
My problem is, what are the thin pieces of rod for?, and the threaded studs just fall into the hole in the pushrods, so how do I secure them? gluing will not be strong enough as they are to loose a fit.

Any help would be appreciated.
