Where I live the good weather for racing is just getting here! I have been at the track just about once a week but it sure has been hot up until now. I will be at the track most weeks now twice once for racing and one for trying different set ups as well as practice.

Hey guys!
This is my first post and I thought i'd introduce myself and show ya's my new toy!
She's a NANDA SWIFT II 1/8 Buggy, which is my first Nitro RC and I'm having an ABSOLUTE blast with it. I am a 110% novice in this world of RC, well in any world of RC heh heh heh, so I am learning VERY slowly in small amounts everyday, so if you tell me that X is better than Y ... IMA GONNA BELIVE YA! PMSL!
I am going to get in racing over the next few months, so I hope to get the most out of the car and be somewhat competitive, HEY! Last is a position isn't it! LMAO
I have been browsing all over this site, and have not found much if at all anything to do with my brand buggy, so I guess it isn't a first choice for most LOL!
enough garbage, take a look and feel free to PM me with any advice! HAHAHAHAHAHA
Sorry if the pictures aren't all that clear, im going to update them shortly

Welcome to the forum.
Do not know much about your brand of bug but looks nice. Some get some much in to brand when the main thing in this hobby in my opinion is to have fun. It is nothing that most can do and make a living so why worry about anything other then having fun! That is why I got into it. I have been in the hobby for about 6 years but just recently go my first buggy. Have been racing a monster and stadium truck for the past 4 or so months as they just open a local track. I all most go out of the hobby till they open it and to me bashing is not longer in my vocabulary!
Go out and race and like I said just have fun.

Which one is yours the one on the lid or the one on the wheels? Have not seen you around much lately on these forums or maybe you have been in threads I do not go to.

Neither buggy is mine--I was taking the photos. I don't spend as much time on RCU since I quit as a moderator, so basically, I only post on a few threads--mainly to photo threads when I add photos, i.e. 1/8th scale buggy, truggy, 1/8th scale onroad, etc.

Glade to see you are still around and still involved with the hobby. Have you done much with your Mini-z’s lately? I have not as I have been to busy with my nitro. Been running any of your gas RC vehicles?
Back to topic here are some pictures form the Georgia Championship Series last July. Sorry only have a cheap camera.

Thanks for the welcome bud!
I guess when it all comes down to the crunch, whats in a name right?
... My intention IS to have fun, and I hope to get into comp soon, AND to get some great shots of my buggy in action.
I have been a long time fan of RC, and I figured, i'm 30, GO BUY A FRIKKIN CAR! hahahaha ... There are few RC clubs in my area, and the guys from my local hobby shop have been fantastic support.
I will say tho, there are alot of nice looking trucks and buggies in this forum, all the specs and accessories mean not a great deal to me, simply coz i got NFI what the heck any of it is! LOL

I am only 52 HA HA. I only got into the hobby about 6 years ago but have been a mechanic and machinist for 30 plus years. The biggest thing I can tell a person about racing is practice practice and more practice. It is now just getting nice enough out side to go to the track more and up till now have only been going on race day as it has been HOT here like it is every summer. At my age I do not deal with heat well. I am hoping to start going twice a week to the track so I can try different set ups and practice. Go get your buggy out on the track and have fun.
