Hi Guys, can anyone out there help me.
Been running a H7 for a few months, no probs, good top end speed and low end acceleration with temps between 190-215f.
Last time out after a half hour of running, the buggy stalled after running flat out for 100 metres on flat tarmac. After letting go of the throttle, it slowed down under its own steam and suddenly died. Sounded similar to bogging when running rich just before she died. Checked temp- read 205f
She restarted straight away and off she went but has done the same a few times since. I've checked/replaced Glowplug, fuel line, pressure hose from pipe, all OK.
Otherwise the buggy runs like the wind.
Any clues Guys?

could be too rich on the bottom end. Lean out the bottom end a bit. your temps seem kinda low. I wouldnt run a standard piston designed motor at 190 degrees- no matter if its making power its putting extra cold wear on those internal bits. A tapered piston design yes I would run at 180-210. Be more spefic as to what motor you have.

I would say you are- Grahama might know better because he's all about those Hyper Motors. But from what it seems is its too rich on the LSN and loading up and choking when you let off the throttle and coast. Lean its a few hours at a time and see what happens. You might see that the acceleration gets better as well.
