Default engine cooling

I am new to the 1/8th buggy scene & just bought a used in excellent shape ofna ultra lx gt & wanted to know if i would need to cut a cooling hole in the windshield like i had to do on my other nitro vehicles or if the cylnder head poking out of the body is enough to cool it.Thanks for the help..

Most poeple cut a hole to access their tank, this also serves as a cooling hole. A 2-fer.

you can put holes in the windshield and another thing that help is- in the rear of the body(like where your headder is) on both sides trim them up a bit(i curve mine) and this will allow the air to escape the inside of the body. also try to get a air filter that stays away from the motor head. so your not pulling heat in the carb. the "motor saver" filter is great.

whenever cutting wholes in your body don't make sharp edges as it will cause it to crack and split.
