you can always use a lighter viscosity of shock oil and some lighter springs
but if you really want to buy some new shocks then try the ttr-s3 shocks, or the kyosho's, or the mugens

I put the Kyosho shocks on mine and they're perfect. I've found that I prefer a very soft setup. I run 30wt oil in the front and 25wt in the rear along with mefium-soft springs and little preload.
