Hey,
I'm having a bit of trouble with my throttle. I have it setup pretty good when it is sitting. I have it shutting of about 1mm and it goes back to that every-time i let go of the throttle. but when i take it out, after about 4 minutes it will start to take off about half or just under throttle when i let go of the throttle. But before this starts to happen it is perfect. Help please!!!!!!

Check the engine over and look for spots where fuel has leaked. Your best bet is to clean it throughly and loosen the carb bolt, then push the carb down snug against the engine block and re-tighten.
Run the clean engine and inspect it once the issue starts again. Look for fuel.
I'm having a simular issue on my .12 cv-r. It's leaking out the rotary part of the carb. It probably needs new o-rings.
