lol it usually means that the rubber compaound is reinforced with something similair to a wire mesh or other meterials to strenghten the rubber and extend life of the tire

you take a leather, hard belt, take the tire, put it on a chair, and beat it.
Isn't also considered belting when you put ducttape in it to prevent it from balloning?

lol, thanks guys, I was just wondering because i'm planning on gettin some street tires and wanted to know what to look for, so which one do you guys reccomend?

these say power grip on them forgot who makes them ,they are belted and ive been ripping around with them for over a year and are still in great shape great handling and when they heat up even better
