Outside getting dirty? Help keep it cleaner, spray the outside down with wd40. head and all, take shoes and bell off. wipe it dry, run it around and the dirt on the outside will all but fall off. If its the inside, no clue, sorry.

How many gallons do you have through it?
How is your plug?
It doesn't really matter how dirty it is on the ouside if you only keep the airfilter clean and keep it somewhat tidy around the carb.
Cooling head needs to be dusted of from time to time too.

I actually just has a huge problem with my enigne..dirt and such..you can read it in the Mayhem Thread. But anyway I need a new pistion and sleeve, so im ordering that but with the bearings, how do i get them back into the crankcase as tightly as before..the article tells you how to take them out but not how to put them back in tightly. Also when i am cleaning the bearings, do i just spray them out with WD-40 then dry with a compressor, then oil them with 3n1 or something else. Thanks in advance!

and dip them in some nitro fuel, the brand your running will do. Heat block, chill bearings. Rinse the inside out or even soak in white kerosine. Dry well even overnight, then heat ect.

?
?
If the piston can be pushed above the top of the liner it is most likely worn out.
People on the board doesn't have X-Ray vision so you do need to put some effort in.

Besides do the normal maintenance routine:
- Use clean airfilters
- Check fuel and pressure lines for leaks
- Check fuel filter and clean it if needed.
- Check servo linkage, does it open the carb 100% ?
- Check clutch shoes and springs on a regular basis.
- Clean the car at least every other day of running. I know fail doing this frm time to time.

Regular shampoo actually works good. Make sure to seal up the carb and exhaust for the initial wash (to prevent dirt coming in)
(If you got some dirt in it it's no biggy if you disassemble everything and clean it, just don't turn it over)
Rinse in hot water, makes it easier to dry.
Lube it with WD40 to get rid of moisture
Assemble
Lube with after-run oil or ATF oil (Automatic Transmission Fluid). Be generous with it but get rid of excess oil.
Done!

Shampoo works both inside and outside. It disolves grease and that's the only interesting thing but you need to rinse it off. Simple green works great too.
Engine oil is not good.
