Default Sealing the engine

hi, couple months ago i read about sealing your engine b4 running it for the first time. this would prevent tuning and engine problems later on... is this something that i could invest my time and money and be very helpful later on? what kind of sealant do i use? getting my nitro in 2 days, gonna buy my supplies soon.

It does help. Any airleaks in your fuel tank, fuel lines, or the engine itself will cause the engine to run improperly. I forget the particular reason, but "sensor safe" silicone is the type you need to use.
