Default cen matrix set-up help

i have a cen matrix buggy that i just started racing.it is a matrix pro with kyosho diffs and a os v-spec engine. very fast car!!!! but i need some help with the set-up, suspension and diffs. i dont know much about offroad racing, mostly used to onroad, but like it more every time i race. my car is very loose in the rear comming out of the corner when i get on the gas.plus i think i dosent handle the jumps and the whoops very well. im running 5,5,2 in the diffs and blue springs with 30wt oil. cant seem to find anyone at track that can suggest anything. can anyone here please help me, i love to race this car and want to get it handling well. thanks for your input.

What kinda of track are you running at? Blue groove, sandy, high traction, hard packed, etc. Large with long straights or short and techncal? And what kind of tires are you using?

run 5,5,3 in your koyosho diffs run 50 front and 40 rear with number 2 pistons 1 degree negative camber in front and 2 degree negative camber rear out side hole on the a arms and top hole on your front shock tower and top middle hole on your rear tower and that should work on about any track.

well if you havent tried 5k,7k,2k in the kyosho diffs yet i recommend it. the guys at cen said that their stock diffs have a natural feeling as if they have 2k oil in them.

in other words if you ran 2k in them, it felt like 4k

You know I heard that exact same thing, so I did just that.

After getting the Losi, spending a few extra bucks to get some key upgrades that were recommended I found that the Matrix drove much better for me and was quite a bit cheaper with almost all of the aluminum hopups for it.

The Matrix is a awesome car when you get it dialed in. It may take a little time to learn what works best for your driving style but it is so hard to beat for the money and the preformance you get from your investment.

By the way anyone interested in a almost new losi8!!!
