i have a hyper 7 fitted with a mach 427 engine jp1 pipe and its running a 16 tooth clutch bell my sons hyper 7 is running a stock hyper 21 4 port with a 14 tooth clutch bell and a hong nor pipe i'm running my hyper on byron 30% and my sons running on 16% byron the point i'm trying to make is in a drag race theres nothing in it WHY

what i mean is my sons lesser spec hyper 7 is'nt much slower over a drag race across a playing field there's only about 5 feet in it

Maximum RPMof the engine denotes the maximum speed of the car. The 4 port revs higher than the 427 anyway, but the slower acceleration of the 4 port it compensated for by the higher top speed.
