I will tell you but in celsious. Use this calc to make the celsious into Farenait if you want: http://www.towerhobbies.com/help/convcalcs.html

For a good engine temp i should say above 110 and below 125, BUT a good frienf of mine said that it must be 125 for the engine to running better, i don't know. I have my engines in 110-120 and i'm very ok. Wait for others to tell you, but yes above 200 farenait is good, of course be down of 270

210-280 now just because your engine is running hot dose not mean its running lean.

Osiris is pretty much right.
Good engine temps are between about 220F to 270F.
But don't just use temps to go by when breaking in and tunning.
I would suggest using the temps only as a safety point and guide line, with visual (amount of smoke in exhaust) and the sound of the engine as your main two tunning guides.

Do not tune to any certain temperature but to performance then check to see if you are in the limits. I recommend between 220 and 280F. Temperatures will change depending on weather conditions. All so oil content in fuel has a LOT to do with temperatures and do not run over12% oil content.
