Default Help w/ burnroom

i have a go motor, its a .28, but i also have a go .21. And last weekend i stripped out the burnroom in my .28(its for my truggy) and my lhs cant get the part in till tuesday because go motors arnt in the united states, SO with that in mind can i put my .21 burnroom in my .28???

I am not sure what a burnroom is could you either explain this or post a picture.

nevermind i got the .28 2 work

and btw haasjj, a burnroom is the little disc inbetween the crankcase and the coolin head, its on the higher end motors

thats a head button... cheap quality engines have those too.

Higher end engine manufacturers call it what it is, a head button.

Go seems to have invented that term... they are the ONLY ones I have ever found that use that term.

well i'm done googling for other companies that use "burn room", Go Tech IS the only one that I could dig up.

All these call them head buttons. [X(] I can post more that say head buttons I new there was a reason I do not like GO engine they do not know what to call the parts. LOL

Well, by now everyone knows what he means.... time to answer the quesiton.
No, you can't put a .28 head button on a .21. The bore is bigger and it won't fit.

Sman, thanks i thought i fixed my problem but all it did was create an air leak at the glow plug so all i could do is be a pit man tonight, so i decided to put my os ..28xz together(new piston,conrod,sleeve) it just needs a new backplate and its a brand new engine(1/2 gallon n the piston skirt snapped off so os sent me replacement parts for free ) and im going 2 put that in my truggy because i dont like the go .28, it has no top end.
