Where does this wahser go?

When I was pulling out the radio tray for cleaning i noticed a very small washer that is red and looks like two small doughnuts put together. Does this washer go under the battery tray?

Yes. Those O-rings go under the battery tray. It explains it in the addendum that comes with the manual.

there's only been one buggy that you "supposedly" needed a o-ring under the tray.
