Hey,Need some advice here.I sold a brand new Tornado bb to a client for xmas and it wont start.They did the proper break in but after 10 mins of actual runtime it quit.I figured it was a simple adjustment but not so.i changed the glow plug,got a full charge on the ignitor and i tried various settings on both the high speed and low speed needles.it sounds like it wants to run but it just wont go.Ive sold like 20 of these units and never faulted with any of them.Any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you in advance

Reset the needles to 2 1/2 out on the high speed and 4 on the low speed needle. Try turning the idle screw in a little bit to see if that helps. Also, give it a little throttle when trying to start it, but once it starts go back to neutral.
