oil weight
what oil weight should i use in my shocks for a track with hard turning? will 45 wt be good? I want to make sure before I put an order in online

You don't want it to stiff if you have alot of turns. and don't forget it is cold. Ask the guys who race at the track and they will tell you what they are runing. A lot of them run two diffrent weightin the front and the rear. if you want just get 30,40,and 50 and that should cover it tell summer.

depends on shock set, # of holes, size of holes, buggy/truggy, front or rear, is what you have in now stiff or soft? the smoother the track the thicker the oil. too many variables to answer this question. shock oil is a run and swap adjustment till you find what you like.
