Setup stations are not cheap and especially the Hudy one. I paid 300 euro for a complete package of 1/8 onroad setup station. Setup station in offroad class maybe it's a bit too much for a non-pro too. In my local track, NOBODY is using a setup station. Just using the human eye

I use the Hudy on my truggy. Really it helps to know when you make changes, and how much you make. If you race every weekend I would say it's worth it. If you aren;t too serious then the eye is good enough.
A camber gauge is nice.

HUDY off road setup station is close to $350 but if you really don't want to use your eye then you can get a camber gauge(RPM), ride height gauge (losi), toe gauge (RPM), and a digital caliper all for under $50. That should be able to get you going.
