Want 2 build from scratch

I am looking for a set of plans if anyone can get me a copy of there set. Want 2 scratch build a 28-30" or so swampbuggy. If anyone is willing to help i would be greatfull. Would like one with the sides sloped up so u can spin it around without fliping over.
