Well the engine is an Enya, read more here. Dates from early 70's. Hull don't know.

Engine is worth what someone will pay for it. Collectors will generally want a pristine example which this obviously isn't.

Oh come on Ian! The hull is a Dumas DV 20, made in both wood and fiberglass.
The Enya .19's weren't worth much when new as even then they were still in the Sport engine category. Spray it down with some carb or brake cleaner and it will look a lot better but still not worth much.

You might find someone looking to build a Dumas boat using the same stuff as listed in the instructions and the .19 was one that was listed on several boats. I know the 30" Pay'N Pak listed a .19 as the recommended power plant though the one they used was a VECO. The Pak kit was my first boat and the comparably sized and powered HB 20 I used wasn't enough to push it
