Default nitro vee

I'm a newbie and just bought a nitro vee. It doesn't go fast at all. Sometimes it revs up, cavatiation i guess. I bought it used and it has a plastic prop on it. I'm guessing it is the wrong one. What is a good prop go get for it? It is up dated to 3/16 shaft size. Also how much water should come out? I made a bigger pick-up for it and used a little bigger tubeing. It goes form pick-up to head and out. I did away with going to the header and drive. Is it a good idea? Water barely comes out of it at the speed that it goes. Tahnx for your help

If you upgraded to the Octura prop shaft then your prop choices are nearly endless. Check out the Nitro Vee thread and join us there, lot's of good info.
