I just tried the IMPBA website, www.impba.net but it looks like they're down right now. You would be in District 2.
Not having an Ohio map handy I think that you're around mid-state right? Most of the racing is either north or south of you but the closest might be Celina.

There are a few close to you. In Elyria, there is The North Coast Pond Hoppers which is an all gas club. In Seville you have the Performance Model Boat Club which runs nitro and gas and even fe. And The Cleveland Model Boat Club which runs nitro, gas, and fe. The link Ron gave you will give you contact info.
