I'd like to know what ESC are availlable for boats (brushed). I need to replace a brushed ESC that runs 2 small motors ( 370 size) in a scale boat. I can find several ESCs designed for rc cars, but don't know where to look for for a boat ESC.

Many car esc's will work just fine in boats. I use several myself.

Anyway, for a dedicated boat esc, look to Mtroniks, Xtra, Proboat, Aquacraft, brands.
