Default motor setup

i'm using this forum as i'm not really getting the answers i want so here goes.

graupner speed 500 motor 7.2v

no load rpm - 17600
curent drain at max - 9A
no load current drain - 1.5A
current drain when stalled - 59A
nominal voltage - 7.2v (3.6v-8.4v)

brushed 200A ESC

continuous output - 200A forward, 100A backward
6 cells, 7.2v ni-cd or ni-mh
2 cells, 7.4v li-po
BEC current - 5v/1A
reversion - YES
no signal, cut electricity protection - YES

Li-po

7.4v, 4000mah
2 cell
burst rate - 15C
continuous discharge rate - 10C

Li-po (possible replacement)

Transmetic battery
voltage - 7.4v
capacity - 2200 Mah
continuous discharger rate - 28C
burst discharge rate - 35C

as youcan see by the numbers, it has been suggested that i use a discharge rate of 20C (seen one with28C discharge) my question is:- ifi replace my existing batt with thetransmetic battery, would i then be ok with the setup, the motor i have is for a GRAUPNER MINI-JET in a NQD highwind boat conversion, the mini-jet only works with speed 500/600 motors, if this will not work, could i please have ideas on whatMOTOR and ESC to use with the batteries, many thanks
