If when I turn my flywheel and it makes a rubbing sound could it be that my clutch is going bad and I need a new one, or is there any other problems that could be there?

I'd check your clutch bearings, and also check to make sure your spur gear is not rubbing against the face of the clutch bell. The first thing I would do is pull the engine out and see if the noise is actually coming from the clutch/ clutch bell area, or if it is coming from the truck.

It seems that the car is going slower and it's not switching gears, it stay in first gear.
