So I want to get into drifitng and I want to build my own drifter but I want to know is there like a checklist that anyone has that lists out parts that I need to get the car driving and running in good condition? without any mods or upgrades just motor tires and chassis not too picky about having a body or not but as long as it runs and drifts fine just for a begginer?
PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE ANYTHING WOULD BE NICE.<br type="_moz" />

The only thing that's important when it comes to drifting is 4wd, locked differentials and hard drift tires. Additionally, you don't want a very fast brushless motor, a middle brushed or very mild brushless motor will give all the speed you need. Many prefer brushed motors for drifting as the power delivery is smoother. Belt driven cars have better balance and less torque effect, but if you will be drifting outdoors, shaft may be better for reliability (stones in belts kill them quick).
Everything else is suspension geometry setup and practice, practice, practice.

+paint for the body, a battery, and charger
if you want to say screw it and buy a RTR this one http://www.nitrorcx.com/52c76-maddri...ss-racee.html#
doesn't look too bad, and the review I saw of it almost makes me want to get one.

You need to buy a car, right? And you want to build it yourself? There's several available...
From cheap... http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXWCN8&P=7
To expensive... http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXBLWC&P=7
Most of the others available are already assembled as RTRs (RTR=Ready to Run). If you buy a kit you will need some other stuff too, like a radio and a charger and batteries.
