Default Need help finding parts

I have the Sullivan Aluminum Ball Connector w/Sleeve 4-40 Blue as shown here.

I need to find a source for the balls only because I don't want to buy a whole unit to replace a broken ball. I don't need the body, nuts, washers etc, just the ball.
In case it helps, the ball diameter is .152 inches. and it has a 4-40 thread.

Thanks for any help.

The .152" is actual measurement or do you think it's suppose to be the common 4.3mm (.169") sized ball stud?

Well, I measured it with a micrometer so that is the actual size. The question becomes did it wear out or get crushed in the crash. I just measured it again spinning it to measure from different points and it always comes out to .152.

Pretty sure that's what it has to be. It's not a metric part either because it fits a 4-40 nut and the thread in the body is 4-40 too. I had some parts from my RC planes that were metric and they are too big.

Most if not all my Associated ball studs are 4.3mm (.169", or .17" depending on where a person looks) , and they are with 4-40 threads. They have always been like that on my RC10s. I don't know who, or why they just didn't use 11/64" for constructing the ball studs with 4-40 threads. Weird, I know.

Your .152" (3.8mm) ball studs are out there. Finding them with 4-40 threads...I give up .

I tried hard to find them too. If while you were looking you came across any that had .152 balls with a different thread, I could easily adapt them to my application. The part that screw into is a plastic part that is 3d printed. I could simlply print a new part that fits any thread.

Anyway, thank you for trying to help find this thing.

Best regards
