Horizon Hobby Delivery Issue
Hi all. Good day. I just want to know IF anybody of you guys have any Delivery issue(s) with HH? Lately, Dec. 1, 2023, I ordered an S1200 Smart charger(coming from Illinois) and 2 Smart Lipos(coming from Cali). I received the charger probably after 3 days, so waited for the Lipos. The emailed tracker will be USPS, and it says Status not Available, so I waited. Last week emailed/chat on the HH app, so HH said it was delivered thru Fedex. Under my HH Account it says "There is no update on this order yet" and under Back Order History. I didnt even receive any say a parcel number, and its now the 20th. I am afraid my order is gone?
ps. I ordered the same lipos on Amazon/HH and was delivered fast.

Hi ALL. Me again, but this time I chat with HH on their web. The guy was so helpful, it will be refunded. It was very fast. My trust is back now. Thank You HH. Have a Good Day to you ALL. Enjoy your RC's Merry X'mas!!

that sounded like USPS or FedEx issue not a Horizon issue. cool that they refunded you for it, that's some top notch customer service.
new rule of thumb. if you want your package, don't order it form CA.
