As long as your replacement engine has the same type of crankshaft as the 15FE, you should be able to re-use the clutchbell, flywheel, clutch shoes, etc. from the FE. the OS is available with different crankshaft styles to fit different setups. All you have to do is remove the screw that holds the clutchbell on the shaft. then you can pull the clutchbell off the engine. Once the bell is off, remove the clutch shoes and springs from the flywheel. Now you will see the nut that holds the flywheel on the engine. "Lock" the flywheel with something. the Kyosho tool that threads into the glowplug hole works great here, but you can just grab the flywheel with a pair of "vise-grip" pliers. Now remove the flywheel retaining nut and pop off the flywheel. Try inserting a flat tip screwdriver between the engine block and the flywheel and gently prying if you dont have a flywhel puller.
Now that everything is off the front of the engine you will be able to see what type of crankshaft you have. It will either be short and threaded "short crank" or it will have a smooth extension where the clutchbell sits "sg crank"
Order the proper style of engine (remember, OS sells both) and re-install your stock components on the new engine. It would be a good idea to replace the clutch shoes and springs now, but if they dont look too worn, they can be re-used.
