Default pull start broken?

I finally got my NRS4 SS re-assembled today after a complete cleaning and after replacing the 47 tooth gear. I went to start it, but when i pull the pull starter, instead of the engine turning over a couple of time it only did it twice. then i pulled again and it didnt turn over at all, but the pull start still came out. i tried pulling one more time and it pulled like normal. if anybody can understand this explanation, it it a problem with the pull starter or the one way nut?

when u pull it? does it feel like their is no resistance? if so, and if it only does it intermittenly like u say, then this is a telltale sign that the one way bearing is slipping. just take the PS back off and spray some nitrocleaner on the one way bearing and the PS shaft coming out of the rear of the bock. that should stop it/.

It's just like NA said.(BTW NA WTG on the MOD status)The oneway slips when it gets dirty and it needs to be cleaned.Make sure you use Nitrocleaner and not wd40 or any other kind of lube because it will slip even worse.Just take off the pullstart(be carefull not to let it unwind) and give the oneway a good cleaning.
