Sorry let me be alittle more speciffic in what I am looking for. I want a buggy, I don't have access to any stores because I am currently stationed in Germany and so I only have the internet. I would like to build the car but don't know anything about it, is this a problem. Any advice would be great

I am also looking for a buggy I think that the ofnas are good and to answer If you can built one from a kit yes you can they come with instructions here a lot of people say that for a begginer buy a kit but I dont think that is right I bought an onroad rtr and by the second month I wanted a kit so I bought one (I am still stuck with the rtr) and to tell you the truth it is not rocket science all you need is patience and follow the instuctions. The advantage from an rtr is that you can start almost right away to run but I think we are all here in this hobbie because we like to built things so IMO a kit is better because it is more "competitive" (fater, long lasting, etc) besides you learn a lot from building them. the only thing is that in a kit you need also a radio system and an engine.
You can find them online in [link=http://www.towerhobbies.com]tower hobbies[/link]

Greetings from your friends and neighbors... that's what the draft board used to say to you...(ask your dad) Seriously, kit buggies are very scarce; everything is rtr and trucks these days, but buy spare parts at the same time: three or more sets of gears, extra wheels and tires, extra front end parts(you will hit stuff), extra battery packs if electric, extra steering servo. All the spare parts will cut in to the money you have to spend on the car, so spend $250-$275 on car and radio and $125-$150 on spare parts, especially if there are no shops near. Good luck and God bless. JIM
