LMAO... who the heck cares???? I lied about the 130mph pan car. My real car did 120 before the speed governor kicked in. My friend did 145mph after removing the speed governer in his Camaro.

how are oyu guys measuring these speeds? Did you attach a GPS to the car or use a radar gun?? We used a radar gun to test out some boats that we have. They seem like they must be going 100 mph, only to find out they are moving at 55-60 mph at the top end. Kinda lets you down!

It'll do 130 in the back of the camaro on the autobahn lol. Now is this scale speed or actual measured MPH. From what you posted it sounds like your running multiple battery packs.

Fastest I've had my Pede was 38 or 39MPH.
7 cell GP3300 battery pack main
5 cell receiver pack located ahead of the front shock tower
Feigao 8s brushless motor
Warrior 7018 speed control
21/84 gearing
Masher 2ks
Venom speedmeter

Once I get a steel diff gear I'm gonna up the cell count though, I know this motor will do more. I'm also gonna run a set of duct taped rages and regear it for the smaller tire.

yup a team orion method. I'm getting my novak GTB today or on mon. and then when I save up some more I'm getting a neo 4 star and that should bring the top speed up to 50-60ish. as for the thetered car, it's not R/C!

argghhhh soooo many wires! I got my GTB like 10 minutes ago and looking at the wiring diagram for brushed it looks like I'll have to 3 wire it! ok well my soldering skills aren't awesome and since I want to switch to brushless anyway I think I'm going to order again from tower to pick up the 4 star and get lots of deans so I can swap all my tamiya and bullet connectors to deans. Cause really the method motor I have now isn't worth all the soldering cause I'll rip it out in a few weeks anyway. I have enough saved up to get the 4 star it's just that I like to have a little saved up extra in case a part breaks or I need to get something... in the manual novak says the GTB can only be used with novak brushless motors and brushed motors. Does this mean I can't use the 4 star or do they just say that to "keep it all in the family"? oh and gearing for the 4 star?
