Default problem

i just got my jato3.3 and today was the first time i tried to start it. it was all ready and i put the easy start on it and it fired up then went dead. well being a new motor and all i knew it world run a little rough so i started it again and got it to move but it went dead again. the next time i tried it the easy start wouldnt do nothing... so i figured it was flooded so i unflood it and still nothing... so i take the plug out and put it on the wire to see if the plug was still good but it didnt light up. now beeing a brand new plug there was no way in 20sec it got fouled. so i take my hand held plug igniter for my rc10gt and use it and the plug glows hot. put the plug back in and use the igniter and it fires right up and i drive it for about 3min. so i guess the plug wire is messed up??? anyone got any ideas

Those wires can get messed up, sometimes they need to be reconnected cause they may of come apart.

so i take the plug out and put it on the wire to see if the plug was still good but it didnt light up.
You have to attach the glow plug wire and hold the glow plug up against the head of the engine to give it a "ground wire" sort of. It always worked for me, but I use a pull start now, so I don't have to worry about those glow plug wires.

I use a glow igniter for the plug and the EZ start to turn the engine over.
I found it starts better besause you can put the glow igniter on a second before the engine turns over.
