1st welcome to the board! Keep the glowplug 1/2 turn loose and start it. New engines have lots of compression. I don't understand what you are saying? "...to get it to do it again i have to take the glow plug out and blow out the fuel and start over..." Is there too much fuel in the engine, or do you have to re-prime it to get it to run?

Turn the low speed needle in 1/2 turn. Do you know where the LS needle is?
