Hi , i'm new to the site and have just bought a subaru 1/10 RC car, its made by kyosho and i don't have a clue how to start it lol , the person who i bought it off gave me some instructions but i can't understand them either ... the instructions they gave me where...
1) switch 'servos' on ... Does this mean the on/off switch at the side?
2) take 'air filter' off ... Which one is the air filter and how do i take it off , and when should i put it back on?
3) 'prime' the tank ... I havent got a clue where the tank is of how to 'prime' it?
4) push 'plunger' until fuel showers out of the carb ... What is the plunger and how do i know when the fuel showers out of the carb and which one is the carb?
5) pug 'glowstarter' on plug ... do i put the glowstarter in the bronze coloured thing?
6) pull cord till started ,then take glowstarter off , dont leave starter on for too long or it will burn the plug out ... i think i know what to do on this bit , but the rest is a bit hard to follow.
Please reply ASAP with anything , because i can't wait to test it out , Thanks
, i can get pics aswell if needed

Hi, welcome to rcu. I'm not a nitro expert, but there a a bunch here that can help. It sounds like you need some basic terminology.
This site contains a lot of basic stuff and may help. http://www.easyrc.com/cars-trucks/carstrucks3.html
Your exploded view (for parts) will have descriptions and location of each item on the model.
1 turn on Transmitter (remote) THEN turn on model.
2 Air filter is the foamy (should be oil soaked) thing on the intake of the carb on the engine. Put it on after step 4.
3 tank is the plastic thing that holds the fuel and
4 There's a pumping plunger on it to manually pump fuel into the carb. The carb is the thing that moves when you pull the throttle trigger and has the air filter mounted to it. You will see the fuel go from the tank to the carb.
5 the glo starter will be plugged onto the glow plug that is in center of the top of engine (head)
It will be a great idea to carefully look over the manual and exploded views and to get some help from someone else that knows what a fuel tank, carb, engine . ect. is. It may prevent an injury, run-away model, or a lot of frustration. You'll quickly become an expert if someone shows you all this stuff.

OK.
First off you need to insure your radio gear is switched on and working ie wheels move and the throttle linkage moves...
Keep the air filter on. It may instruct you to take it off to see if the throttle linkage is set up properly and also to insure there is a small opening in the carb...
Priming the engine...Put your hand over the exhaust outlet and pull the pull starter until you see fuel going through the fuel lines and into the carb...
The engine head (fins) inside there is a glowplug. Put the glowplug in and give the car short quick pulls (the glow start ignites the glowplug which in turn fires up the engine)
My forum has alot of help as well (even sign up) so check it out www.setbb.com/garymcdevitt
Best of luck
