Default SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

Well here is the deal.. I have a Revo 3.3 and my cousin has the Jato 3.3 and well I am the kind of guy who likes most of the attention.. But when we play in parking lots and other places around town his truck is the one everyone is oohing and aweing over!! What truck/buggy can I buy that is around the same price of the Jato. I am new at the whole nitro rc car thing and I will admit I don't know what manufactor's or makes of cars that are the best!! So if no one will mind please help!! Give me suggestions on what other car to get.. I have my truck for sale or trade in the market place section!!

hpi firestorm is a good competitor for th e 3.3 jato. exept the firestorm is a single speed, and the jato is a 2 speed. the firestorm will leave the jato off the line, but when jato shifts, its all over! maybe just get a jato, and put a bigger motor in it. search for a beatup, burned up jato, and fix it and beat the snott outa that stocker your friends got!HA! I dont know what other motor fit, but I want to do this to my 2.5 jato. my friend has a 3.3 jato, and I can keep up on corners, but on the straights, he hammers me

Or, simply put a more powerful engine in your Revo and have it be faster than your cousins Jato. Newbies and onlookers are attracted to speed mainly (and the fact that it has a real operating engine), so make yours faster and you'll have 'em.

if yuou want to get rid of the whole stadium truck approach, try for a 1/10 on road nitro touring, like the cen ct5, which'll blow away the jato 3.3 at 73 mph or the schumacher fusion, that goes 80mph(but you'll have to buy the optional gears)

Yeah you can buy a on-road car and that will beat the Jato. But if you want a ST to beat the Jato for top speed then you will have to buy one. If he has a stock Jato then it wont be that hard to suprass him in speed as all you would need is a larger engine and a little re-gearing of the engine and that should have you getting off the line faster then him along with a faster top speed for that WOW factor.

Well I just purchased the Jato 3.3. and I sold the Revo 3.3 Man the revo just don't even compare to the jato as far as speed but the jato don't compare to the revo as far as handling!! Should I move the battery from the back to add weight.. In order to turn you have to have the front tires on the ground so what setup should I use!!
