Default T-Maxx, front wheel drive only?

Just got a used T-Maxx and had to replace the front drive shaft because it was snapped. The back drive shaft looks fine and spins when the back tire spin, but for some reason during take off the front tires are the only ones that have power to them. Even when trying to climb objects the rear tires do nothing. Anybody no how to fix this? New to the hobbie and this is my first Nitro.

If the rear driveshaft is rotating then just follow it along to the next thing that isn't - and there you'll find your problem. It's probably something simple like a missing grub screw in a diff input cup...
