Ok I'm new to the nitro rc thing. I got my son an HSP Atomic Warhead for christmas. I've had several problems. My new problem...the gears in the gear box got striped. I bought replacements...from redcatracing.com. The atomic warhead is identical to the redcat tornado. Anyway I replaced the gears. The buggie moves now...but no where near the speed it used to go when i bought it. Seems like something is holding it back. What can be the problem now? Gears are good....no longer stripped. I doesn't even get to 2nd gear. Could I have tightend something to tight?

Check to make sure no gears are meshing too tightly.
