check:

- Bad glow plug
- Not fully charged glow ignitor
- set back to factory needle settings
- Not primed enough (or hydro locked which is over primed)

Ya check the ignitor for sure. Take the plug out and put it on the ignitor and see if it turn red. Good advise Pede. I know I got burn by a dead ignitor. Also does it seem like it wants to go? If the cord gets hard to pull its likely what Pede says above hydro locked.

if you remove the air filter, there is an opening there, when you apply the throttle, there is an opening that shows up, there should be a 1mm opening when at idle, if not, you need to turn the idle screw until there is a 1mm opening.

i would say check the fuel lines to see if you are gettin fuel to the carb and the pressure line to push fuel into the carb.

Tilux.....

Make sure your Glow Plug is Good. Use a New One if you are not sure. (You ARE using the correct Glow Plug, right?. I Think it should be a HOT one.)
Make sure that your Glow Plug is Tight, and that the Head Screws are tight. Header screws are not loose? Carb is not loose in the Block?
Make sure your Igniter is Fully Charged (charge it over night, to be sure).
LSN set at 4 1/2 turns out. HSN set at 2 1/2 turns out.

Prime your carburetor. (Remove the fuel line from the Exhaust and BLOW in the tube till you SEE a solid line of Fuel go to the carb. Put the line back on the exhaust.)
Use the Radio trim to INCREASE the idle setting a little bit. You want a high Idle for now, so that when it stars, it STAYS running.

Try Starting it with These Settings. Should fire up and run. (You will still have to TUNE it Though, after it starts.)

This is a servo horn. You should have something that looks simular to this.

sounds like you have a linkage problem, could you post a picture of the top of your servo with the linkage and horn? Something is either loose, missing or not adjusted correctly.
