Try replacing the glow plug on it, or charge you glow starter.

Can you see fuel getting to the carb? Have you pulled out your glow plug to see if it glows with your ignitor? Doesn't take much to get one to start, I can even get an engine with a horrible tune to start.

Are you priming the engine? Is fuel getting to the engine?

Try givving it a bit of throttal when you start it and to check the glow plug get a pair of needle nose pliers and then hold the par that inserts into the engine and then attach the glow starter to it if it glows then its fine..

There are a few area's to consider when the engine won't start.

My thought right off the bat is, how old is the fuel that you using at home? What nitro % is the fuel it was broke in at, and what % you have at home, and what % did they use at the shop?

Pull start or start box?

If the fuel is not getting to the engine, put your finger over the exhaust and starting it, that will force the fuel to the engine. after the fuel gets there, take your finger off.

I would say dump the fuel. Buy some new fuel with the right nitro % and prime the engine, and it should start.
