Is there any special "trick" to make getting the antenna wire through the plastic antenna tube easier?
I tried putting mine in last night, but it would bind up quite a bit causing me to not be able to get it in fully. I ended up just getting my fingers damp and touching them to a bar of soap to get a tiny bit of soap on them and ran that down the length of the antenna wire. It threaded through easily after that.
Any other tips for the future?

I straighten the wire a by holding the base and pulling along it a few times, then I put a drop of turbine oil into the tube, that generally does it.

I use baby powder....its not a chemical and it smells good....just rub some on the wire before inserting it into the tube.
