Few guys have been running the RTR Axial AX10 ESC with a 3cell LiPo without any issues...
Recently mine suddenly stopped having reverse.
Forward/Brake work fine but when I apply reverse the light on the ESC is responding but car wont go in reverse.[&o]
Tried changing all the radio stuff but its not the radio.
Any suggestions will be appreciated!!!

my nitro doesnt have reverse, big deal. If you want reverse, then you dont have much choice but to replace the ESC. Electronic parts are finicky and generally just require replacement as opposed to repair (in reference to the ESC).
edit: not as if i can guarantee that its the ESC. Iv never even seen the car, but i personally would start there if you really want reverse. The reverse control is activated by the ESC reversing the "-" and "+" charges on the wires going to the motor, clearly the ESC isnt doing that.

Can you program the esc? If you can, try to re-program it with reverse. Im not sure what could of caused the esc to reprogram itself so its probably not that

Make sure it is not in "race" mode. Many ESCs have a "race" mode which is forward/brake only, no reverse.
Otherwise, if it is a brushed ESC, it probably need to be replaced. If it is brushless something else must be wrong, forward and reverse are essentially the same thing (to a brushless).
