Does anyone know if Traxxas is going to make an E-JATO?

I doubt it, it seems like it it would be the least of their priorities right now. Why not convert it to Brushless yourself?

There is really no point. if you want speed, get a speed t or vxl rustler and put street tires on it. Plus, it is super easy to do a 1/10 2wd conversion.

There is actually.. My e-jato handles so good its not even funny... And is faster then ny VXL because of less gear reductions inside the transmission.. So if I had the same spur and pinion as a VXL I would be going faster due to the transmission.. My jato is a bulltet...
